Hi everyone, my trip comes nearer and nearer each and everyday. What made it really come close was yesterday was the day I officially moved out of my apartment and moved back in with my parents. Now I’m thinking about what stuff I need to bring on the trip, things I need to buy, and saying my farewells to everyone. I’m super excited for how God is going to move in this trip. The group chat for my squad has also been more active as of recently, I put my phone down for camp for a week and come back with 500 text messages. I’m super excited we all have started to talk.

My Hope for my blog while on the trip:

I hope to do something kind of like Psalms, not in the poetic aspect, but in the aspect of writing down my highs and lows for all of you. I want to keep everyone informed so each week I hope to write one to all of you. That might change as I learn what I can handle on the trip. I thank each and every single one of you for the prayers and for the ways you have been supporting me on the trip. I hope to bring you guys along so you can see the ways God is moving.

Prayer:

Lord I thank you for the opportunities we have to serve you and well there is one coming in 10 days. I’m excited for it, my chapter at camp has been closed with a beautiful finish with the summer. Lord I pray for the time of transition I know it’s not much time, but I want it to be used in the best way that it can. Heavenly Father you are good and I pray that you will remind each and every single one of us everyday. I pray for the ministry that is to come, I pray that you will help us learn to be humble servants, help us learn about the other cultures and get the most we can out of this trip. I pray this all in your name, Amen.
